We are the London based land investment firm that specializes in sourcing strategic UK land for individual clients.

Large development companies, investment companies and wealthy individuals have been investing in the UK investment land in years. We source large acres of strategic investment sites and sub-divide it into plots affordable for individual investors, letting them benefit from any future gains on plots they purchase, without the need to buy large acreages.

We source investment land in areas with high housing needs, adjacent to existing housing and close to local amenities and infrastructure to support its development. Towns and villages tend to grow towards each other and by using sites next to existing housing.

We provide a price guarantee. We are confident that we offer the best prices for small investment plots in the market. Therefore, if a potential buyer finds a better comparable plot elsewhere (in terms of GBP/sq m), we will match a competitor's price.

Each plot of land has access rights and is accessible by car either direct from a public highway, or via a legally established vehicular right of way.

We sell UK land on a freehold basis meaning that a buyer and his/her heirs have an absolute right of ownership and control over the plot after purchase. The freehold title of ownership is registered at the UK's Land Registry. After completion, the buyer has control over the day to day management of his individual plot.

We use independent experts, including lawyers, to make a due diligence on land we purchases, to confirm that a site is not contaminated, that its physical attributes are suitable for construction of housing (provided planning permission is granted), and that authorities do not have plans to use nearby area for public purposes (building of highways, public parks, etc).

UK land investments should be viewed as long term investments. However, if an investor selects to sell his plot/s, we will strive to help him to sell it at the best possible price (we will charge a fee for handling the re-sale).

Through our partner, Integrated Services (UK) Ltd, we advise on the most appropriate asset ownership structure, including provision of offshore companies to own the land on behalf of clients. These structures usually provide tax efficiency, confidentiality and smooth transfer of the land to heirs of a client.

We offer flexible investment levels starting from GBP 7000 (USD 14000). Price per sq m starts at GBP 14 and decreases depending on number of plots purchased.

Our legal affairs are handled by a recognised London based law firm The Specter Partnership, which is a member of a Law Society. All your money can be handled through this or your law firm if you wish. Our bankers is the UK's leading bank HSBC Bank Plc.
